GeoSim Technologies developed a custom S-2T Tracker simulator for CAL FIRE, recreating the cockpit and aircraft systems to support realistic aerial firefighting training.
Working closely with CAL FIRE pilots, GeoSim developed and refined the flight model to reproduce the handling and operational characteristics required for mission-specific training.
The simulator enables crews to repeatedly practise aerial firefighting operations, low-level procedures, abnormal situations and emergencies in a safe and controlled environment—without placing pilots or aircraft at risk.
